High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in child care or a related field.
Ability to pass a background check.
Certification in First Aid and CPR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and creativity in caring for children.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Degree or coursework in early childhood education.
Experience working with children with special needs.
