We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on recruitment to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing the recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization. You will be working closely with department leaders to identify hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company goals.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan for hiring needs.
Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and employment laws.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager with a focus on recruitment.
Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
Strong decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
