About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support a bedridden client. This role is critical as it involves providing consistent, high-quality care that significantly enhances the client's quality of life. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation to promote emotional well-being.

  • Monitor the client’s vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.

  • Help with mobility and transfer techniques to ensure safety when moving the client.

  • Administer medications as prescribed and adhere to care plans created by healthcare providers.

  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping tasks related to the client’s care.

  • Collaborate with family members and medical staff to ensure the best care approach is maintained.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.

  • Certification in CPR and first aid is essential. Additional certifications in caregiving or health-related fields are a plus.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to follow healthcare instructions and maintain detailed care records.

  • Physical stamina to assist clients with limited mobility.

Nice to Have
