We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support a bedridden client. This role is critical as it involves providing consistent, high-quality care that significantly enhances the client's quality of life. Assist the client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation to promote emotional well-being.
Monitor the client’s vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
Help with mobility and transfer techniques to ensure safety when moving the client.
Administer medications as prescribed and adhere to care plans created by healthcare providers.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping tasks related to the client’s care.
Collaborate with family members and medical staff to ensure the best care approach is maintained.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Certification in CPR and first aid is essential. Additional certifications in caregiving or health-related fields are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to follow healthcare instructions and maintain detailed care records.
Physical stamina to assist clients with limited mobility.
Experience with specific medical conditions such as dementia or post-operative care.
Training in mobility assistance or therapeutic methods.
