About the Role

As a QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and collaborating with development teams to deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans based on project requirements.

  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.

  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.

  • Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and provide feedback on system design and usability.

  • Prepare test documentation and reports, and present results to stakeholders.

  • Participate in code reviews and advocate for quality best practices within the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software testing.

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.

Skills

  • Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

  • Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
