We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Caregiver to join our team in Dallas, TX. This full-time position focuses on providing personalized caregiving services to our senior clients, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote mental and physical wellness
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs to family members and healthcare professionals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients
• Employ proven techniques to manage emergencies and provide first aid, as necessary
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and medical professionals to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in caregiving, specifically with seniors
• CPR certification is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and possess emotional resilience
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in elderly care is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation

Salary

• $45,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
