We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our global supply chain operations. In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution, optimize supply chain processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, stakeholder management expertise, and deep supply chain domain knowledge.
Lead and manage multiple supply chain programs simultaneously from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, risk registers, and status dashboards for senior leadership visibility.
Partner with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and technology teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to reduce lead times, inventory costs, and operational waste.
Monitor key supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, and cost-per-unit; escalate and resolve deviations proactively.
Lead supplier relationship management activities including performance reviews, SLA negotiations, and corrective action plans.
Coordinate demand and supply planning cycles, collaborating with S&OP teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory positioning.
Manage cross-functional change management for system implementations (ERP, WMS, TMS) and process redesign efforts.
Build and present executive-level business cases, program updates, and post-implementation reviews.
Mentor junior analysts and program coordinators; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or program management roles.
Demonstrated track record managing large-scale, cross-functional supply chain programs with measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in supply chain systems: SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or equivalent ERP/planning platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data tools.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential required.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience with supplier development, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience in industries such as consumer goods, manufacturing, technology, or healthcare.
Familiarity with ESG/sustainability goals within supply chain operations.
Experience managing offshore or nearshore supplier ecosystems.
