About the Role

We are seeking a keen and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our International Procurement team specifically for IOC operations at 3T Worldwide India Private Limited. This role focuses on the meticulous analysis of customer needs and supplier proposals to ensure all procurement activities meet the highest quality and efficiency standards. You will report directly to the Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend customer and end-user purchase requirements.

  • Analyze detailed technical requirements from customer bids including datasheets and drawings.

  • Translate technical needs to suppliers/OEMs accurately.

  • Address technical queries from suppliers and gather missing information when necessary.

  • Maintain updated supplier information regarding qualifications, delivery, and product specifics.

  • Evaluate supplier pricing using company criteria to ensure optimal procurement decisions.

  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids to customers.

  • Foster and maintain positive supplier relationships.

  • Conduct budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong logical, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preference given to candidates with engineering degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.

  • High proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work swiftly and accurately.
